(WDS GLOBAL) Permit for tenant improvements to an existing 7,295 sq. ft. building to convert the building from a daycare to a call/training center with work to include the removal of some interior non-bearing partition walls and construction of interior partition walls. The existing kids restrooms will be converted to adult acessible single user restrooms. All existing panic hardware as well as exit signs and emergency lighting will remain. This is a fully sprinklered building; any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA13 as regulated by the Boise City Fire Department.
