Work is to include interior nonbearing walls (masonry and steel stud), a steel header over a new 14 foot long opening in an existing masonry bearing wall, a 14 foot long roll-up door at the food service tray slide, a Type II dishwasher hood, a Type II kitchen hood over food preparation equipment, a 1,500 gallon grease trap, a new concrete floor slab and patches in the existing slab, a walk-in cooler, a walk-in freezer, suspended ceiling, and interior finishes. Interior nonstructural demolition is also covered under this permit. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. **CJW**
