Children's School of Boise - Remodel - To demo and remove all floor finishes, ceilings, and most interior partitions, leaving the two interior stairways, restroom #114 and a portion of the south library partition wall. To demo, remove and replace most of the existing piping, wiring and mechanical equipment and ductwork. To remodel the entire 3,540 square foot first floor, including furring the interior side of the exterior CMU walls to increase insulation values, to windows throughout and install new roof insulation and single-ply membrane roofing. The remodel include new classroom, restroom, library and office layout. This permit will also include the complete remodel of the 655 square foot basement to include two new accessible restrooms, a furnace room and laundry/breakroom area. All sidewalks, parking lot, trash enclosure, power upgrades, water and sewer lines for the new restroom off of the playground will be completed as part of this permit.
