Eberlestock Distribution Center - (Fire Rebuild - Cold Shell) - To reconstruct the cold shell for a 13,150 square foot, two story warehouse and office building destroyed by fire. The building was completely destroyed and demolished with the exception of a couple of exterior walls. The first floor is a 9,100 square foot, warehouse; the 4,050 square foot second floor contains storage and office areas. There is also a proposed 360 square foot occupied roof area above the first floor at the southeast corner of the building. This is a cold shell permit only; no plumbing, mechanical or electrical plans were submitted and no plumbing, mechanical or electrical work is approved under this permit. A separate tenant improvement permit will be required to finish this building for occupancy. The tenant improvement plans must include all items not approved under this permit.
