(THE MATADOR - Block 44) Permit is to combine two existing Bar / Restaurants to create one larger 3,723 square foot tenant space. This new tenant will occupy "Opa" (MIS03-00229) and Mesa Taqueria (BLD07-00804). Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file, DRH10-00096, and attached engineering. Work to include: construction of interior non-bearing walls to create two fully accessible separate sex bathrooms, installation of new accessible bathroom fixtures, installation of new hand sinks, installation of new class I grease hood, installation of class II hood, installation of all new kitchen equipment, installation of new mechanical, installation of new plumbing, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is not fire sprinklered. Racking that exceeds 8 ft. in height requires a separate Building Permit be submitted and approved before installation.
