To construct a new 384s.f. detached structure, accessary to 2799 E Hardrock Drive that meets the Accessory Dwelling Unit Requirements. A letter from the applicant's geotechnical engineer indicating that the footing sub-grade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling a footing inspection.
