Work includes: Selective nonstructural interior demolition; construct an interior partition wall to deck to separate the new PED directors office from the new Break/Conference room; construct an interior partition wall to deck to separate a new laundry closet from an existing office; Installation of a suspended ceiling system in the new office; new doors and associated hardware; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC; installation of new lighting; new mechanical, new plumbing, and new electrical work.
