Work to include: Remove an existing cooler/freezer unit, the existing concrete slab underneath the equipment, (1) non-bearing full height wall, (1) half height wall and (2) existing exhaust fans. Install a new concrete slab, a new cooler/freezer unit, (2) new A/C units and a new hood in the existing kitchen area.
