This building is fully sprinklered. Any alterations to the sprinkler or alarm system require separate application, plans and permits before work can commence and shall be in accordance with applicable NFPA Standards as regulated by the fire department. The smoke evacuation system shall remain operational as originally designed and installed under the 1985 UBC.
