Work to include structural modifications to the roof structure to support five new rooftop mechanical units; interior non-bearing walls to create a Showroom, Break Room, two fully accessible His & Hers Restrooms, Storage/Warehouse and Customer Service Counter/Work Stations; HI-LO Drinking fountains, service sink & hot water heater; double entry doors, interior doors & hardware; electrical, plumbing and mechanical work; interior finishes and millwork, all per reviewed and approved plans, to include all red-lined notes on plans and all attached plans review comments & conditions of all reviewing agencies. drs
