(ECLIPSE SALON) To remodel an existing 1,814 square foot tenant space in an existing 2,706 square foot building with a 197 sq.ft. covered entry addition for use as a salon/day spa per the approved plans. The tenant separation wall is shared with an existing 891 sq. ft. office space. The new total building area including future additions will be 3,109 square feet. Remodel and addition work to include: Demo select interior walls per plans(BLD10-02699); structurally altering/lifting a portion of the existing roof and raising up to a 15 ft. ceiling height; construct a new exterior covered entry addition; construct a roof overbuild per plans; construct new interior wall partitions to create work rooms, storage rooms, a reception area, and tanning rooms; construct a new common area corridor incorporating the existing restrooms and installing a new dual height (hi-lo) accessible drinking fountain; install a service sink; upgrade the lighting layout; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC; and plumbing, electrical work. All work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. NOTE: This building is not fire sprinklered. A new Certificate of Occupancy with the new occupant load total is to be issued when completed and approved prior to tenant occupying this space.
