Work to include: construction of interior non-bearing walls to create a larger conference room and to remove one office to create a larger office, installation of new accessible hardware on all doors, installation of new mill work, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase, any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. **TLW**
