Life safety passed. The fire alarm system is showing multiple trouble conditions. The owner has Allied General performing repair work. I asked Mike with Allied General to call me with an update with the panel.

Correction items include; spin one exit sign 180 deg., provide directional chevrons per plan at exit sign in the middle corridor, noted modifications to the exisitng sprinkler coverage will be required due to the remodel work- one overspaced head and two heads which exceed min. separation distance, post PFE with current tag at the 2nd floor, provide approved hardware at the main entry/exit 2nd floor suite, exit sign at the 2nd floor is shown on plans- however is not installed or required, missing escutcheons at some locations. Existing building fire sprinkler system is overdue annual inspection/certification.
