(T & R VENTURES) To remodel an existing 891 square foot tenant space in an existing 2,706 square foot building with a 207 sq.ft. addition for use as a business office per the approved plans. The tenant separation wall is shared with an 2,011 sq. ft. salon/day spa. The new total building area including future additions will be 3,109 square feet. Remodel and addition work to include: Demo select interior walls per plans(BLD10-02698);construct new interior wall partitions to create office spaces; construct a new common area corridor incorporating the existing restrooms; upgrade the lighting layout; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC; and plumbing, electrical work. All work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. NOTE: This building is not fire sprinklered. A new Certificate of Occupancy with the new occupant load total is to be issued when completed and approved prior to tenant occupying this space.
