Work is to include an interior nonbearing wall, a shower and shower room accessible to the disabled, and an accessible upgrade to an existing restroom. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. Fire sprinkler heads in the basement and on the 1st story will be replaced with quick-response heads.
