This project is for the addition of 474s.f. to an existing 1251s.f. single family dwelling. The project is to include the expension of the kitchen area and a new master suite. There is also to include the conversion of the existing single car garage to a work studio and the addition to it of a 576s.f. garage. "The garage construction is not to be started until the garage approval is confirmed by the historic DRH-10-00281 in the R-1CH overlay by Mathew Halitsky. This project will also include the replacement of the windows and new sliding glass door to the studio and new rear door to the house. Separate electrical, plumbing, mechanical and ESC plans are required. All per the approved plans as marked energy option #1 and the plan review notes. pep
