(BIG SMOKE LLC) Remodel to a 2,400 sq. ft. existing building for a new retail smoke shop tenant per approved plans. Work to include: demolition of select existing interior non-bearing walls, door including jamb and related hardware; remove existing suspended ceiling, lights, sink, counter top, and related items in locations per plans; install a new sales counter, ramps, fixed shelving; repair and replace existing ceiling system as required; install interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC; and electrical, mechanical work. The existing envelope is not being affected by this permit. A new Certificate of Occupancy with the new occupant load total is required to be obtained after all work has been inspected and approved and prior to tenant occupying this space.
