Description |
This project is to include the removal of the concrete slab in the existing 600s.f. 2-car garage and excavating to allow for a crawlspace under a new master suite. The project will also include the addition of a new 985s.f. 3-car side loading garage better utilizing the front driveway area. R-1C ok per Colleen Carroll. Hillside foundation submitted with plans. A letter from the applicant’s geotechnical engineer indicating that the footing sub-grade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling a footing inspection. Call Terry Records at 384-3946. Separate electrical, plumbing, mechanical and ESC permits are required. ESC plan waiver request granted as the rear of the lot adjacent to the descending slope is at least 40 feet from construction and is protected by existing walls that make the rear yard non-accessible.
