("TENANT SHELL" - SOUTHWEST CORNER) Fire sprinklers used for building area increase. To create a 6,810 square foot office tenant space within an existing 33,000 square foot, 1 story building. Work is to include 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, gypsum board ceilings, and an entry vestibule. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. This permit is a “tenant shell” permit only. It does not establish a Certificate of Occupancy for any tenant. A separate tenant improvement permit is required to establish occupancy. A tenant improvement permit (BLD10-02989) for the adjacent tenant space (Trinity Health) is included on the same drawings. An interior nonstructural demolition permit (BLD10-02923) and a partial permit (BLD10-02987) have also been issued. **CJW**
