The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. This permit is a “tenant shell” permit only. It does not establish a Certificate of Occupancy for any tenant. A separate tenant improvement permit is required to establish occupancy. A tenant improvement permit (BLD10-02989) for the adjacent tenant space (Trinity Health) is included on the same drawings.
