(BROWN'S GALLERY) Modification the common vestibule is being deleted and will become part of the adjacent space. Permit for tenant improvements to an existing 2,303 sq. ft. tenant space with work to include alteration to the acessible space entrance to include the removal of a set of double doors and the construction of of new interior nobearing partition walls to create a common entry vestibule and separate the original 4,019 space into two spaces (the east space 1,590 sq. ft.vanilla finish, west space 2,303 sq. ft. Browns Gallery and the common vestibule 125 sq. ft.). This building is fire sprinklersd for one hour substitution. "This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department."
