(LPL Financial - Shoreline Office Building - STE# 210) Permit is to remodel an existing 2,061 square foot tenant space (Last permitted under BLD95-02186). This building is fire sprinklered to meet high rise provisions. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on. Work to include: reconfiguration of non-combustible full height partition walls to create 4 larger offices from 5 smaller offices and to separate off a break room, replace existing ceiling with new suspended grid system, new lighting, new accessible doors / hardware, relocate ducts and diffusers, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system.
