Simplot Greenhouse Addition- To construct a new 6,790 square foot, one story, office and greenhouse addition on the west side of an existing 4,320 square foot, one story greenhouse building. The addition is constructed of pre-engineered metal building with metal roofing and siding at the office portion of the building and polycarbonate roof and wall panels at the greenhouse portion of the building. There is an insulated metal stud wall with store front glazing separating the office from the greenhouse. The addition will include a 1,895 sq. ft. office on the north end, a 650 sq. ft. headhouse between the office and greenhouse, a 3,235 sq. ft. greenhouse and a 650 sq. ft. bug screen area at the south end of the addition. This permit also includes related site improvements. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. JCM
