NO NEW WORK IS AUTHORIZED UNDER THIS PERMIT. This tenant space was last legally occupied by “Renditions Furniture and Accessories”. There are no changes to occupancy or use under this permit. An occupant load of 14 was given to Renditions, however, the occupant load before that was 47 for “Greens n Things”. There should have never been a reduction to the occupant load under the MIS00-00215, due to selling furniture. The policy on file for furniture sales ALLOWS a reduction, but doesn’t require it. The occupant load was increase back to 47. TLW
