DRS Remodel changing occupancy from a single family dwelling into a commercial office or retail use per approved plans. Work to include select interior demolition, exterior opening modification at main door; construction of accessible ramp, landings & railings, modification to stairs for code compliance; interior walls to create one fully accessible restroom; and modification of electrical and plumbing.
