Riverstone International High School - Addition and Remodel - To construct a 1,010 square foot, one story, wood framed classroom addition on the northwest side of an existing 5,000 square foot school building; and to construct a 1,080 square foot roof covered walkway along the entire south side of the building. To remodel the existing building by constructing new interior partitions to divide existing Community Room into two new class rooms and an egress corridor to connect to the new egress corridor at the new addition. To demo and remove the interior partition between the existing office and reception/lobby area to increase the reception/lobby area. To add a new interior partition to divide the existing Faculty Room into two 100 square foot offices. To relocate the entry door to Classroom 119 and to add a new exterior egress door at the east exterior wall of Classroom 109. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. JCM
