(BRUCE NYBORG) To reconstruct and repair an existing 4,004 square foot tenant space and it's 988 square foot mezzanine due to fire damage in a portion of an existing warehouse building per approved plans. Work to include: Remove and replace the existing interior gypsum wallboard and insulation; remove and replace the existing mezzanine stair handrails and guardrails; replace an existing restroom door; install a new exterior door landing and ramp; replace interior electrical wiring and lighting fixtures; interior finish work in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC; mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work; and all other work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and the structural inspectors final approvals. NOTE: This building is NOT fire sprinklered. This building was originally built in 1981 under Ada County’s jurisdiction; it was later annexed by the City in 1999.
