Work to include: construction of new openings in existing exterior wall, installation of a new accessible parking stall, construction of new landing outside of new exterior door, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system.
