(CHIPOTLE MEXICAN GRILL) This building is not fire sprinklered. To remodel an existing 2,402 square foot restaurant building for a new restaurant tenant. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, a grease hood and duct, kitchen equipment, suspended acoustical ceilings, suspended gypsum board ceilings, gypsum board soffits, exterior wall infills, interior finishes, and exterior plaster finishes. Structural work includes expanding existing concrete foundations, cantilevered awnings supported by new steel columns, and 4x6 beams to support roof top equipment. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The structural design for the support of an existing roof beam was allowed to be deferred. After the structural design for the beam support is completed, the design is required to be reviewed by the Architect and then forwarded to the IBC Plans Examiner (City of Boise) for review. The work is not allowed to be done until the structural design is reviewed and approved by the IBC Plans Examiner. **CJW**
