(ALPHA - MASONIC TEMPLE BUILDING - 1ST STORY - NORTHWEST CORNER) This building is NOT fire sprinklered. To remodel an existing 2,107 square foot tenant space for a new office tenant. This space is located on the first story in the Northwest corner of the Masonic Temple building. It has an exterior door on Bannock Street. Work is to include 2 new interior doors (one being a 20 minute door in a 1-hr corridor wall), two drinking fountains, a service sink, chase wall, and an upgraded accessible route. To create a route accessible to the disabled, a temporary landing and 2 ramps will be provided on top of the public sidewalk at the Bannock Street entrance. The temporary landing and ramps will be replaced later by a new streetscape to be completed in 2012. The new streetscape is expected to make the door permanently accessible to the disabled. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. **CJW**
