Work to include: minor demolition and framing in of an existing interior door; installation of a Type 1 commercial exhaust grease hood for new kitchen equipment; provide new accessible hardware throughout and grab bars in the existing restroom; provide new exit signs and emergency illumination; plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC; and all other work per the approved plans. A new Certificate of Occupancy with the new occupant load total is required to be obtained after all work has been inspected and approved and prior to tenant occupying this space.
