A PADLOCK IS NEVER ALLOWED. THE EGRESS PATH THROUGH THE PATIO, AT LEAST 44 INCHES WIDE, MUST BE MAINTAINED CLEAR AND UNOBSTRUCTED.) To remove an existing exterior wall and replace it with a new operable window wall system. The Certificate of Occupancy for the existing tenant will not change. A new concrete landing will be provided for the full length of the window wall system. The operable window wall system with have folding panels with two integral exit doors each having panic hardware. Floor and head tracks will be provided. Structural work includes a steel beam and column moment frame to support gravity and lateral loads. The design of the column footings is a deferred submittal item. Special Inspection is required for epoxy anchors and for welding. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances.
