Work to include select interior demolition within the perimeter walls; new ramps, landings & stairs from grade to existing 12" raised floor area and 11" within theatre sloped seating area; construct structural framework for ramped seating area and two tiers of seating area for ___ fixed seats and ___ wheelchair & companion seating; construction of interior walls surrounding the theatre seating area, performance area and supporting areas; install doors, frames and door hardware; handrails on ramps and stairs and edge protection at changes in floor elevations and along open side of ramps; modify one of three existing restrooms for use as an accessible unisex restroom; add accessible drinking fountains and modify electrical and plumbing for new walls, fixtures and relocations due to remodel.
