Provide code compliant steps from garage. Justify bearing point change on A3 and A4 truss, provide engineered fix from BMC. Fireblock at plumbing penetration by stairs. Bonus room knee wall trusses need to be furred out to accept R21 insulation and encapsulated. All other vaulted areas need to be encapsulated as well. Provide correct portal frame framing as shown on sheet 1 and 3 on approved plans. Correction notice posted, not ok to insulate.
