AFFINITY AT BOISE-Garage #3- To construct a 1,914 sq. ft., one story, 7 individually enclosed parking bays, one of the bays for accessibility compliance, within the parking garage. The plans indicate the south wall, roof/ceiling assembly and north support wall and the east end wall are of one hour fire-resistive construction. The east end wall rating is due to proximity to assumed property line between buildings. The west wall of the building is non-fire rated. Work includes concrete footing and foundation, wood frame construction walls, wood truss roof with plywood sheathing, asphalt shingles classified as Class ‘B’ or better and vinyl siding over building wrap on OSB sheathing on stud walls.
