(BOISE FIRE STATION #5) To repair a portion of the exterior decorative concrete damage by a vehicle on an existing fire station building per approved plans and attached engineering. Work to include: Saw cut and remove the damaged concrete; replace with concrete and reinforcement to match the original concrete dimensions and the size and locations of reinforcing; secure the new concrete and reinforcing with an epoxy tie system per engineering. All work per the approved plans, attached engineering, and structural inspectors final approvals. NOTE: Special Inspection required for Epoxy connections.
