(FAMILY DOLLAR STORE) Remodel to repair/reconstruct a portion of a 2-hour rated east exterior wall of an existing building located on the property line per approved plans and structural engineering design. Work to include: Select demolition work per plans; infill old storefront/restroom openings with new reinforced CMU; extend new CMU wall past the exterior mansard roof; repair masonry next to existing pilaster; remove and replace CMU at damaged areas as specified; perform structural modification work per Engineering and plan locations; provide new roof insulation; clean and install plumbing fixtures/grab bars; remove and replace damaged lighting fixtures and exhaust fans; provide new exit light/emergency light combos at locations per plans; and all other work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and all applicable codes. Planning approval done under CZC11-00117. NOTE: This building is NOT fire sprinklered. SPECIAL INSPECTIONS ARE REQUIRED. **SRZ**
