(PIONEER SQUARE APARTMENTS) Bldg D **10-10-11 - PLAN MODIFICATION TO INCLUDE: STRUCTURAL AND GYPSUM REPAIRS AT THE (3) BEDROOM UNIT LOCATIONS; STRUCTURAL REPAIRS AND MODIFICATIONS AT THE EXTERIOR DECK LOCATIONS AT ALL 1 AND 2 BEDROOM UNITS.** Remodel of an existing 2,830 sq. ft., 3 unit, 2 story apartment building; a 2 story 1,457 sq. ft. office; a one story 180 sq.ft. Laundry room and associated site work. The work for the apartment portion will include: new flooring, plumbing fixtures, appliances, install new battery operated smoke detectors in all bedrooms, hearing and vision conversion work for unit 133, new exterior siding and brick; new windows, entry doors, new gutters and down spouts, new guardrails, new roofing; install new through-the-wall air conditioner units; interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC, and all other work per the approved plans. The Office and laundry room portion work will include: new flooring, plumbing fixtures, appliances, install new battery operated smoke detectors; install new through-the-wall air conditioner units; new accessible entry; new handrails and guards at exterior stairs; new signage; new exterior doors; new windows; interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC, and all other work per the approved plans. The site will have minor improvements including: replacement of the asphalt driveway, parking lot, seal coating, and new striping. All work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and structural inspectors final approval. This building is NOT fire sprinklered.
