"This structure is located in Wildland Urban Interface zone A. Construction shall adhere to WUI construction standards." - To construct a new 5,278 square foot, One story w/ a daylight basement (3,290 square foot Main floor / 1,988 square foot Daylight basement) single family dwelling with 4 bedrooms, 3 and 1/2 bathrooms, two offices, approximately 196 square foot covered front porch, a 480 square foot covered rear patio, and a 1,573 square feet attached 4-car garage. All work shall be per the approved plans, Engineering, attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. This structure is located in WUI zone A and requires a class A fire-rated roofing material, noncombustible siding products and one hour fire rated soffits with no openings. A letter from the applicant’s geotechnical engineer indicating that the footing sub-grade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling a footing inspection.
