(GOOD SAMARITAN APARTMENTS - PATIO COVER) To construct a 14' x 27.5', non-combustible, 385 sq. ft., aluminum patio cover, manufactured and engineered by Amerimax Building Products, Inc. and installed by the manufacture's authorized contractor, Rich Prasch of CoverTech, Inc., onto to an existing 3 story, CMU apartment building, per approved engineered plans & site plan. Work to include preparation of holes through existing concrete slab for 28" x 28" x 28" encapsulating footing to support (3) steel posts supporting a 12 ga., 3" x 8" steel "C" channel header; wrapping the steel beam and columns with aluminum covers and sideplates; connection of rollformed hanger to existing CMU wall; installation & attachement of 2.5" x 6" flat aluminum panels and miscellaneous finish pieces. The canopy is open on three sides. No combustible storage is permitted underneath this canopy. Planning approval done uner CZC11-00201. *drs*
