(ZOO BOISE - BEAR EXHIBIT REMODEL AND ADDITION) - To construct a new 400 square foot bear den, remove existing public viewing areas and replace with a new 200 square foot North viewing area and a 250 square foot South viewing area. Work to include: Demolition work per plans; modify exhibit layout and reconfigure cagework and doors; update the existing platforms per plans; install a new stair leading from the existing metal deck, over the roof of the new addition, and up to the concrete catwalk for maintenance purposes. All work shall comply with the approved drawings, the plan review report, and all applicable codes. An alternate approval for door hardware located in the animal holding and treatment areas is on file for this project. Special inspections are required for this project. A certificate of completion shall be issued when work is completed and a final inspection has occurred. **SRZ**
