See redline notes on plans for deficiencies. They include providing a code compliant address, mounting and tagging the fire extinguishers, providing panic hardware at the main exit and providing single action hardware on the rear Storage exit door and remobing the 2x6 dead bolt/bar. There is an existing basic fire alarm system that consists of two manual pull stations and one horn. Per Scott Arellano its existance is to be noted and is ok to remain.
