Numerous escutcheons are missing throughout on the fire sprinkler heads. Fire sprinkler coverage needs to be corrected in womens locker room basement level. Fire sprinklers were added to a closet without a permit. Head coverage issues throughout building, fire sprinkler coverage will need to be corrected under an issued permit, any modifications to the fire sprinkler system requires a p[ermit. Exit signs need serviced throughout. Provide fire sprinkler under HVAC unit in tennis court area. Overhead door on tennis court needs to be measured when open, if door exyends back more than 48 inches then a fire sprinkler will be required.

See the upper level and lower level approved floor plans for a list of corrections that need addressed. They include modified sprinkler coverage missing exit signs and missing occupant load sign.
