This project is for the enclosure of an existing porch/breezway to create a new closet, pantry area. The outside of this enclosure is the existing roof support structure allowing for the reconfiguration of the new entry area. The is to be a laundry area relocated fromits interior location. the master bathroom will be reconfigured a shower added where the existing pantry with new pantry located in the new enclosed area. the double doors from the master to the exterior may be framed in as long as code complying egress is achieved.
