Description |
(FULLPRO) To remodel an existing 10,300 sq. ft. 'VANILLA SPACE' created under BLD08-00547, to be a mixed use office warehouse area. This space is required to be fully accessible per current code as the "Vanilla Finish' permit made a complying space into a noncompliant space. Work includes construction of 161 lineal feet of full height interior non-bearing wall and interior finishes per chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC. Maximum occupant load of 15 persons allowed (post near main entrance/exit) in this space per Building Official approval. This building was brought into compliance with Boise City under BLD05-00574 then later split into three separate tenant spaces under BLD08-00547, -00548, -00549. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department.
