This tenant area is being split into two areas; the west side will have be 11,582 square foot area (identified as Future Tenant 1 on the drawings) and the east side will be 10,523 square feet (identifies as Future Tenant 2 on the drawings). Approval subject to compliance with approved plans, attached engineering, and DRH11-00250. Work includes: [construction of interior nonbearing wall to create two separate tenant spaces, separate sex accessible restrooms in each tenant area, a common electrical room, a common janitors closet, and a common exit corridor], installation of new lighting and switching, installation of new structural opening for new exterior doors, relocate storefront doors, {remodel front canopy by building out existing columns and new stucco / paint}, new accessible doors / hardware, new plumbing, and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2009 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
