Description
This remodel project includes the conversion of a duplex to a single family dwelling. The project will include select interior bearing and non bearing partition work to allow for openings in bearing walls. The first of the project will be for the reconfiguration of the front elevation i.e. infill existing exit door; remove existing front window and replace with new exit door with sidelites along with the extension of the roof overhang to cover the new front entry. The existing 2nd kitchen will be converted into laundry room and relocating the other unit kitchen. The front patio / deck will also be repaired / replaced as needed.
