Work to include construction of new tube steel support columns, beams, floor framing & sheathing, wall framing, finishes, doors / hardware, main level observation areas, and expand the south end mezzanine adding 609 s.f. support area and 310 s.f. new mezzanine observation area. On the main level, a NAP room, offices, retail area, breakroom/kitchen for existing daycare (licensed for 70 maximum), add an accessible restroom on the main level and work on electrical, mechanical, plumbing and sprinkler system. NOTE: This building was constructed in Ada County in 1980, remodeld in 2002 in Ada County and annexed into Boise City on 1/8/02. The building is declared to be fully sprinklered for allowable area increase under Ada County permit. Note: Mezzanine area is not considered part of the floor area but is considered for determining the fire area per IBC. Existing kitchen shown for daycare has range for heating foods only.
