WORK TO INCLUDE: ADD A 24' X 24' CONCRETE PAD; A 4' X 6' CONCRETE ISLAND FOR FUTURE PUMP MOUNTING; AND A 24' X 24' X 3' PRE-ENGINEERED CANOPY STRUCTURE RESTING ON TWO STEEL COLUMNS AT 14'-6" ABOVE GRADE. ALL WORK PER THE APPROVED PLANS, ENGINEERING AND ALL OTHER REVIEWING AGENCIES APPROVALS. SRZ*** To construct a total of 1,384 additional square feet to an existing 9,528 square foot, two story, commercial building to include a 41'-4" X 30', 1,240 square foot, one story, two lane carwash bay and a 12' X 12', 144 square foot, one story equipment room. The two lane carwash bay extension will be added to the South East corner and the equipment room will be added to the North West corner. The additions will be constructed of 8" CMU exterior walls and pre-engineered roof trusses with membrane roofing. This permit also includes related site improvements. All construction per the approved plans, attached plan review comments, engineering, and conditions of all reviewing agencies for this project. A new Certificate of Occupancy with the new occupant load total is to be issued when completed and approved. This building includes a non-required /partial Fire Sprinkler system. ANY ALTERATIONS TO THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT, and shall comply and be installed per the applicable code; as regulated by the fire department. **SRZ** (DRH11-00287 per Planning and Zoning)

Provide final approval of the underground fuel storage tanks through the Boise Fire Dept., replace all of the painted sprinkler uprights in the wash bay (24 of them) and remove the existing horizontal sidewalls that were left when the overhead doors were removed (they are too far from the deck), reverse door hardware at the passage between the washbay and the shop, provide signage per fire review note #22 at the emergency stop button, provide signage for "partially sprinkler building and zone map" at the fire dept. connection as discussed. Two emergency lights repaired as I waited. Emergency stop of gas pump passed, fire extinguisher at pump as well as signage. Per Romeo Gervais final life safety not to be given until the fire dept. sign off on the fuel tanks. Per Scott Arellano the new additions are not required to have the existing fire protection extended into them.
