SRZ*** To construct a total of 1,384 additional square feet to an existing 9,528 square foot, two story, commercial building to include a 41'-4" X 30', 1,240 square foot, one story, two lane carwash bay and a 12' X 12', 144 square foot, one story equipment room. The two lane carwash bay extension will be added to the South East corner and the equipment room will be added to the North West corner. The additions will be constructed of 8" CMU exterior walls and pre-engineered roof trusses with membrane roofing. This permit also includes related site improvements. All construction per the approved plans, attached plan review comments, engineering, and conditions of all reviewing agencies for this project. A new Certificate of Occupancy with the new occupant load total is to be issued when completed and approved. This building includes a non-required /partial Fire Sprinkler system.
