All residential uses will be abandoned. An existing toilet room will be upgraded to be accessible to the disabled. Work is to include interior walls, wider exterior doors, wider interior doors, new exterior windows, vinyl siding, millwork, and finishes. Structural work includes new concrete footings, concrete piers, steel columns, wood roof joists, and wood structural sheathing for the new entry canopy. Structural upgrade work for the floor will be done to increase the live load capacity of the floor system to at least 40 pounds per square foot. The crawlspace is approved as a mechanical room only (water heater and furnace). Storage or any other uses are not allowed in the crawlspace. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. Special Inspection is required for welding.
