Micron - To construct a 2,180 sq. ft., concrete pit with two ammonia scales. The scales will support two ammonia tanks on trailers for bulk ammonia distribution. The scales will be covered by a one story metal canopy structure. There will also be a 360 sq. ft., 14 foot high metal mezzanine walkway. The new covered scale area will be enclosed by a chain link fence. The four foot gates to comply with egress requirements. The required restrooms will be provided in building #15. Separate fire sprinkler and fire alarm permits will be required; as regulated by the Fire Department.
